Campaigns include several filters to segment user and account data:
- Targeted by / not targeted by campaign (account and user)
- Goal not achieved / achieved by campaign (account and user)*
- Engaged with [ button or link name]*
- Opened / did not open campaign email
- Campaign bounce date
- Campaign bounce reason
- Campaign unsubscribe (user unsubscribe)
*Must be configured within a campaign.
Suggested uses
- Set up a SuccessPlay to trigger a task for the Success Manager to update user information for bounced emails and then request that the user be cleared from the block list.
Once an email has bounced, Totango's mail provider (Sendgrid) puts the email in a block list. Contact support to clear the user after correcting the bounce issue.
- Send a follow-up campaign to recipients who did not or did meet a goal from a previous campaign.
Use campaign filters
- Within a segment, campaign, SuccessPlay, or other segmentation engine, click to add a filter.
- Locate the campaign attribute you want.
- Choose the values you want based on the time frame you want to query on. Examples:
- Users who
Engaged With
the "View Billing Info" button of the "Missed Payment Reminder" campaign at any time.
- Accounts
Not Targeted By
"Lost Customer Winback" campaign.
- Users who
- Click Apply Filter to view the matching records.
