User actions filter options

Who can use this feature?

When user-level or aggregated account usage data is enabled on your instance, you can use the "User Actions" filter to isolate counts of modules and activities:

  • Between
  • Less than or equal
  • Greater than or equal
  • Exact
  • Last 1-90 days

Suggested uses

  1. Send a campaign to customers who haven't logged into your application within 30 days.
  2. Create a segment of customers who are power users of a particular feature for a design research pool.
  3. Trigger a SuccessPlay milestone when customers have performed X number of activities in your application.

Use the user actions filter

  1. Within a segment, campaign, SuccessPlay, or other segmentation engine, click to add a filter.
  2. Choose the User Actions filter.
  3. Choose the Module or Activity that you want to query on.
  4. Choose the count you're looking for within the desired time period. Examples:
    • Users who have used the "Dashboard" Module 14 times or more in the last 30 days.

    • Accounts with any user who has completed "Course 101" Activity in the last 90 days.

      The maximum number of searchable actions is 10,000.

  5. Click Apply Filter to view the matching records.
