Set preferences for My Business
A new My Business page is coming soon to Totango!
June 10 marks the first step in a major overhaul of Totango’s core experience, built to modernize the platform and deliver more value to both ICs and executives.
Before that release, you can set global preferences for My Business to ensure your team sees the right data from day one.
What to do now:

Set business definitions for risk, renewal date, and renewal window
These settings determine how data is calculated for all the views within My Business.
Set these early to ensure a smooth transition!
Configure hierarchy calculations
Aggregate your key metrics—such as renewal orders or user activity—from subsidiary or child accounts up through parent accounts and entire account hierarchies. Unlike hierarchy roll-ups, our new hierarchy calculations have expanded calculation types and offer control for the filters of the accounts targeted. Example:
Hierarchy calculations allow you to look up and transform data across hierarchical structures (parent / child records). Hierarchy calculations apply to the account object only.
