Customize opportunity forms

Teams creating new opportunities with a rapid insight form can now tailor the experience to better match their process. Admins can simplify data entry by hiding fields (x) or marking them as optional (toggle).

Fields that can be hidden: 
Opportunity ID, Opportunity Owner, Opportunity Value, Opportunity Type, Opportunity Stage

Fields that can be marked optional:
Opportunity Owner, Opportunity Value, Opportunity Type, Opportunity Stage, Opportunity Close Date

There is a known issue that allows the form to be saved even if some required fields are removed. This will be addressed in an upcoming release.

New columns in objectives segment

Update as of March 10, 2026 | The Objective Milestone Descriptions column has been renamed to Objective Milestone Names.

You can now add Objective Milestone Descriptions and Objective Task Names as columns in objectives segments. This makes it easier to see key milestone details at a glance, sort your data, and stay aligned on progress across shared objectives.

• Filtering by these fields is not currently supported.
• Multiple values appear as a comma-separated list.

There is a known issue where segments may fail to load if the Objective Milestone Descriptions column is added to segments containing metrics-based milestones and/or sorting this column.

Sunset of sharing canvas snapshots

As of March 3, 2026 sharing canvas snapshots has been sunset and is no longer available. You can continue to access previously created canvas snapshots from the Assets tab.
