Define default filters for widget segments

The Contacts | Users widget includes a shortcut to view all records in a segment. Now, admins can define default filters so the segment always opens with the same logic applied.  

For example, add Product ABC as a default filter to ensure everyone on your team consistently sees only users associated with that product—without reapplying filters each time. 

You can also edit default columns. Defaults are managed separately for Contacts and Users tabs. Defaults apply globally, not per team.

Track objective milestones with usage

You can now define objective milestones using Totango User Actions and other account-level Usage metrics, allowing milestones to reflect real customer behavior. 

For example, automatically complete a milestone when an account reaches a usage target (Active Days ≥ 12) within a defined time window. 

When configuring your metric, you can find account-level metrics within the Usage dimension.
