The My Business page is included as part of a new navigation experience (coming June 10, 2025). You should set global preferences for this page now to ensure your team sees the right data from day one.
Set business definitions
These settings determine how data is calculated for all the views within My Business.
- From Settings, click General.
- Under the Business Definitions section, set the following:
- Risk: Choose one or more filters for how you identify accounts at risk.

Renewal date: Choose a custom date attribute* the system should use to determine renewal date. If no attribute is chosen, Totango uses
Contract Renewal Date
.*Only account attributes are supported at this time (i.e., not hierarchy calculations, custom metrics, etc.)

Renewal window: Choose one or more filters for how you identify the renewal window (e.g.,

is the next 90 days).
- Click Save.
Set default columns for each team
These control what appears in the All Accounts table on the My Business | Overview page.
- From Settings, click User Management > Teams.
- For each team, open the team settings (Advanced Settings tab).
- Under the My Book of Business section, click Edit to adjust the columns in the table (max 20).
- Click Save.
