Email trimming for Google Mail integration

Google Mail integration lets your team sync emails with Totango. Previously, long email chains exceeding the character limit were rejected and didn’t appear in Totango.

Now, global admins can enable email trimming to ensure all emails are synced. When enabled, Totango uses an AI-powered approach to trim older messages while keeping the most recent content intact, ensuring emails stay within the character limit.
