What you can do in My Business
You can find My Business from the left navigation. It includes:
- Overview: Quickly scan upcoming renewals and track account health trends over time with visual clarity. Each bubble tells a story: Who's at risk, who's growing, and who needs your attention now.
- Status + Stage: View accounts by journey stage and align outreach with where each customer is in their lifecycle. From onboarding to expansion, Totango meets your team with the right context.
- Risk + Health: Understand what’s driving account health with dimension-level insight. Whether it’s onboarding gaps, poor support experience, or lack of stakeholder engagement, you’ll know exactly where to intervene.
What you need to know
- My Business is available to every Totango user, regardless of account assignment.
- Admins can set global preferences for My Business pages, including business definitions and default columns (per team).
- My Business views are fully interactive. Filter by health, contract value, stage, and more to prioritize your day and drive results!
