Use @ mentions in Notepad

You can now use @ command shortcuts within Notepad to quickly reference existing tasks and touchpoints:

• Start typing to search by task or touchpoint name (case sensitive)
• @Task = Filter by tasks
• @Touchpoint = Filter by touchpoints
  
  

@ mentions to other objects are not yet available.

Users "quick segment" defaults to non-contacts

Open a segment directly from the Contacts Widget | Users tab to explore users on the account. We updated default filters to show only users who are not a contact / key contact (contact: no value OR Contact: "no"). 

Delete the group if you'd like show all users, regardless of their contact status. 

Coming soon, you’ll be able to define your own default filters.
