Welcome to your new navigation experience! This updated UI is designed to help your team:
- Navigate easily with a cleaner, more intuitive layout
- Take action with greater confidence
- Get immediate insight into what matters most
What you need to know
- There will be no toggle back to the previous version.
- Admins should set global preferences for the My Business page.
- All users can set their preferred landing page in their user profile. Any previously saved preferences will continue to apply.
- New changes are on the horizon! Items in the menu with a lock next to them provide an indicator of what's coming next.
Key areas
The new experience replaces the top-left navigation menu with a persistent left nav bar. It includes quick access to the following key areas: Workspace, My Business, My Folder, SuccessBLOCs, Executive Console, and Settings.
Workspace
View a central location for account-related events.

SuccessBLOCs
View all SuccessBLOCs that are published with you or that you're a collaborator.
New to this experience, star your favorites and change sort order of the BLOCs in your list. The first BLOC in your list is your default when visiting the SuccessBLOCs view. Optionally set your default landing page upon login from your user profile.
Executive Console
View tools to help you analyze data at an executive level related to account health, revenue forecasting, team performance, and customer usage.
Settings
Global admins and users with advanced permissions can configure team permissions, health profiles, and other system settings.
New to this experience, use the global search bar within Settings.
FAQs
Question: Can I add subfolders within My Folder?
Answer: Not at this time.
Question: Where do I go to see my accounts?
Answer: We recommend going to the My Business | Overview page. Click in the "All Accounts" tile, or view the account list below the "Renewals Timeline."
Question: Are there any changes to how my scope of accounts works?
Answer: No changes. Whatever settings your scope uses will persist through My Business and Workspace views.
As always, scope may be locked from changes by administrators within team settings.
Question: How can I see what filters define the timeframe for the renewal window? My data doesn't look right.
Answer: Admins or users with advanced permissions can set global preferences for the My Business pages in Settings > General and Settings > User Management > Teams. However, the timeframe selected in General Settings isn't shown for reference on the My Business pages themselves; this item is under consideration for improvement.
Question: Did anything from My Portfolio go away?
Answer: There is no loss in functionality. Previous functionality has been reorganized (primarily into Workspace and My Folder) or expanded significantly (primarily in My Business).
Question: How do I unlock the additional features?
Answer: The new nav areas show several "locked" areas. We are actively working on these items, and wanted to share with you what's coming soon!

Question: How will users with a contributor or viewer license interact with the new experience?
