Your account settings provide personalization that aligns with your company information and brand. Access these settings from Settings > My Account.

Add a custom domain 

A customized domain (custom URL) allows you to let your Totango users login via a customized domain, such as acme.totango.com. User can login via the following two ways:

• Customized domain e.g. acme.totango.com
  Users see the preferred authentication options for your service.
  
  
  
• Generic Totango domain (app.totango.com)
  Totango is able to identify and redirect users to their domains using their email ID. This is not an ideal experience for your users as it involves two steps to login or see the available SSO options defined on your account.
  

A valid domain must meet the following requirements:

• Must be lower case only
• Cannot contain underscores
• Must be at least 2 characters or longer 
• Does not begin or end with an hyphen

Add a custom logo

A custom logo appears in the following areas of Totango:

• Top left corner of Totango (next to the nav bar)
• Campaign templates (image component)

Recommended size for custom logos are 150px x 35px. Totango supports JPEG and PNG format, with a max 50MB file size.
