Run a manual SuccessPlay

Who can use this feature?

  • All users; adding, updating, and deleting tasks and running SuccessPlays requires permissions
  • Available on all plans and license types

Running manual SuccessPlays allow you to add pre-configured tasks for everyone on the team to follow a consistent process.

Global admins and SuccessPlay collaborators can configure manual SuccessPlays for everyone on the team to run. You can also create a custom SuccessPlays visible only to the selected account. 

Run a pre-configured SuccessPlay

Run a play from an account profile, either by adding it to an objective or ad hoc.  

  1. Open the account profile you want to use.
  2. From the Quick Actions (+) bar, click Run SuccessPlay.
  3. Click Run a SuccessPlay.
  4. Search for a play, or locate one from the list. Hover over the play, and click Select.
  5. Review the associated task(s). You can customize due dates, owners, or task details. You can also delete tasks or add new actions. Changes to the play remain only on this account and will not be reflected in the template.
  6. Optionally share the SuccessPlay with account contacts.
  7. Click Run SuccessPlay.

Add a custom SuccessPlay

If the available SuccessPlays don't apply, you can create your own play on the fly. Any custom plays are only added to the selected account.

If it's a process that should be available to everyone on your team, work with your admin to add this as a SuccessPlay within a SuccessBLOC so it can be reused.

  1. Open the account profile you want to use.
  2. From the Quick Actions (+) bar, click Run SuccessPlay.
  3. Choose the +Custom SuccessPlay option at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Provide the name description and tasks you want added to the play.
  5. Click Save to add it to this account.
