View health trend in line components
See a trend line of customer health over time! Within report builder, you can now add a Health Score metric to the y-axis of line components.
This component displays one trend line. Coming soon, you can select multiple lines to compare health scores across specific dimensions.
Organize records in a "Group by" segment view
In addition to segment views options (list, progress, timeline and work), you can now group account segment results in a "Group by" view. This view allows you to organize account records by specific lifecycle statuses, and expand/collapse relevant account records within each grouping.
