Create a new profile through the ? menu of the Totango application for full access to community spaces.

Not a Totango customer? Guest access to the community is available to browse the video library, past events, and more. Courses and dedicated channels require community membership.

Question: Where did Totango Campus go?

Answer: Totango Campus content has moved to the Totango Community! You'll find all training courses, videos, and live events here.


Question: Can I use my old Totango Campus profile on the new site?

Answer: No, you'll need to create a new profile in the Totango Community. Simply follow the prompts after clicking the "?" menu within Totango to sign up and access member-only content.


Question: What happened to my course progress?

Answer: Completed course history is available at achivements.totango.com using your email address. Please restart any in-progress courses within the new community. 


Question: Are my badges and certifications still valid? 

Answer: Yes, previously earned credentials are still accessible at achivements.totango.com. Renewals for credentials with expirations are currently unavailable.


Question: How can I earn certifications in the new community?

Answer: The certification program is currently under review. In the meantime, you can still access equivalent role-based product training courses (formerly learning paths) to earn community points and LinkedIn badges to share. 


Question: I need team training activity reports. How can I get those?

Answer: Training activity reports in the community are not available. For quick notification, consider asking your team members to forward their course completion emails to you upon receipt. For one-off verification, completed course history is available for lookup at achivements.totango.com, by entering the participant's email address.


Question: Who do I contact if I have questions or need help joining?

Answer: For any questions or joining issues, please community@totango.com.


Question: What happened to the former learning paths?

Answer: The learning structure has been updated in the new community. Previously separate courses within a "learning path" are now consolidated into sections within role-specific courses (Practitioner, Admin, Data Admin). Think of it like chapters within a book. This change simplifies the learning process while preserving content and completion tracking.

For example, completion of the "Totango for Daily Use" course is equivalent to completing the former "New Totango User" learning path:

  • "Navigating Totango" is now Section 1 - Navigation
  • "Managing a Portfolio" = Section 2 - Portfolio Management
  • "Leading Customers to Success" = Section 3 - Account Success
  • User Certification Exam = Section-specific quizzes

The following learning paths/courses have been retired:

  • "Get me started!" (learning path)
  • "Customer Success 101: Harvesting Lifetime Value"
  • "Learn Totango in 10 minutes"
