Clearer objective filter labels
We’ve standardized objective naming conventions across the platform to make filters easier to understand and more consistent throughout the UI.
Within objective segmentation, the following filters now clearly include "Objective" in their names:
- Objective Category
- Objective Owned By
- Objective Due Date
- Objectives Flow
- Objective Visibility
- Objective Pacing
Additionally, when filtering within task segments, columns related to objectives now include "Related" in their names—making it clear when a task is linked to an objective.
Update campaign goals after launch
You can now edit campaign goals even after a campaign has been sent—giving your team more flexibility and accuracy when tracking outcomes over time.
Previously, once a campaign was launched, its goal metric became locked, preventing teams from adjusting targets if they were set incorrectly or if business priorities changed. This enhancement allows you to refine measurement criteria without creating duplicate campaigns or losing valuable data.
Why this matters
Teams can now adapt campaign goals to reflect real-world changes—like shifting from increasing health scores to improving retention rate mid-quarter—without losing campaign continuity or insights.
How it works
- Open the details of any sent campaign.
- Hover over the Campaign Goal field to edit.
- Update the goal criteria and click Save & Update. The original goal metric will be saved as a snapshot.
- A log of the change will appear for auditing and historical tracking.
Under-the-hood improvements

License validation in Customer Data Hub
Updated logic to prevent changing a user license from/to Viewer to Practitioner via Customer Data Hub, ensuring consistency with UI restrictions. -
User data export accuracy
Fixed an issue where user exports displayed UUIDs instead of email addresses. Exports now correctly show the owner’s email instead of the owner’s name. -
Layer visibility with multiple windows
Resolved display issues that occurred when multiple pop-ups or windows were open simultaneously. -
Objective dynamic date removal
Fixed issues with removing dynamic dates from objectives to ensure consistent behavior.
