Value Metrics renamed to Key Metrics
We’ve renamed Value Metrics to Key Metrics to more clearly represent their purpose—tracking the depth and frequency of product usage. The previous name caused confusion with Totango’s Value Methodology (Customer-Led Growth through Value Realization). While usage metrics help indicate adoption, value is defined and realized uniquely by each customer. The new naming better distinguishes adoption tracking from true value realization.

Improvements to objective collection exports
Exports for objective segments with a Category column now include the category name instead of the category ID. This change makes exported data more intuitive and easier to understand, eliminating the need to cross-reference category IDs.
