New objective filters in the Plan tab
The Plan tab on an account profile now includes filters specifically for objectives:
- Objective Status
- Objective Due Date Range
- Objective Pacing
Previously, this tab filtered only by tasks. Other Plan tab filters and search options now apply to objectives as well:
- Assigned to
- Flow
- Success Plan search bar
The "Task Status" filter applies only to ad hoc tasks or those within a SuccessPlay.
Customize rounding in reports
Admins and report collaborators can now control how numeric values are rounded in custom reports. This enhancement makes it easier to present data consistently and clearly for stakeholders.
Rounding options are available for Numeric and Gauge components:
- Round up or down
- 1–3 decimal places
Share and save public segments from My Folder
You can now create and save public segments in My Folder! This makes it easy for other Totango users to access these segments via shared URLs, without having to recreate them.
Key details:
- Read-only for others: Other users cannot edit your public segments in My Folder. They can save a copy as a new segment if needed.
- Limitations: Segments in My Folder cannot be referenced in SuccessBLOCs by other users (e.g., campaigns, SuccessPlays, or reports).

Cautions: When sharing segments that use the
Is/is not in segmentfilter, confirm the recipient has access to the referenced segments.
