Set default filters for My Business views
Admins can now set default filters for each My Business view to help teams quickly access the most relevant data. Previously, individual users set their own filters per view, requiring extra clicks and knowledge of what to choose.
When anyone selects a filter value, all other filter options are temporarily hidden. The selected filter value(s) persists between all My Business views, even if other views have different default filters.
How to enable:
- When logged in as an admin, click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the filters.
- Add and reorder attributes via drag-and-drop, and click Save.
The chosen filters will now appear as shortcuts for all users within the chosen view. - Repeat for each My Business view.
Edit default columns for contact widget segment
The Contacts widget has a shortcut to view all account contacts in a segment.
Now, admins can edit default columns to ensure the segment opens with the same columns every time. For example, add Email to the default columns to ensure everyone on your team automatically sees this column when they use the shortcut.
The default filters (Key Contact = yes AND Contact = yes) can't be changed. You can clear them on-the-fly to view all users linked to the account.
Set dynamic milestone due dates
Within objectives, you can now set dynamic due dates for milestones. Previously, you could set static (specific) dates.
Within a milestone, choose from X Days Before/After the following dynamic date options:
- Dynamic: Based on account attribute
- Dynamic: Based on objective due date
There’s a known issue where dynamic dates disappear after editing.
Add multiple lines to objective descriptions
You can now use Shift+Enter within an objective description to add line breaks. In the Account Plan tab, objectives with longer descriptions will display a “See More” option for expanded viewing.

Other objective enhancements
The following enhancements provide an improved experience (no action needed).
- Disabled health profiles are now hidden from the My Business | Risk + Health view
- Disabled flows are now hidden from the objective form (ad hoc and template)
- Tasks within an objective are now ordered according to due date, even after making edits
- Milestones within an objective are now sorted in ascending order by due date
