Skip weekends for automated due dates

For teams that don’t work weekends, having tasks scheduled on Saturdays or Sundays can create unnecessary friction. To reduce manual effort and give you more control, we've introduced an admin-configurable “skip weekends” global toggle!

Find this new option under Settings > General

When enabled, this setting excludes weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) when assigning due dates for tasks and objectives via event-based SuccessPlays. If a calculated due date falls on a weekend, the system will automatically shift it to the next business day (typically Monday). Weekend days are still counted toward the total “Due in” days—only the final due date is adjusted.

Example: If a SuccessPlay runs on a Thursday and a task is set to be “Due in 10 days,” the due date will fall on a Sunday. Since that lands on a weekend, the system will adjust the due date to the following Monday.

This setting applies only to task actions and objective actions created by event-based SuccessPlays. Not applicable to: The overall SuccessPlay due date, tasks created by a manual SuccessPlay, or tasks created from an objective template manually applied to an account.
