New integration for Microsoft Teams Call Recordings
Your teams can now automatically create Totango touchpoints from Microsoft Teams call recordings—no manual work required! Once the integration is enabled globally in your Totango instance, each team member can optionally turn on a connection to their own MS Teams profile and start seeing new call summaries with clients, highlighting important topics and decisions from each call recording.

Within report builder, you can now use collection segments and metrics within the x‑axis of bar chart components.

- Choose a collection segment (e.g., tasks, touchpoints, or custom collection).
