Use opportunities or collection objects in campaign segment tables
When using segment table components within campaigns, you can now choose a segment from opportunities* or collection objects. Previously, segment objects for this component were limited to accounts and users.
*The opportunities object is available if you have Opportunity Management enabled for your instance (premium feature).
Suggested uses
Use segment tables with opportunities or collections to streamline customer communications for the following scenarios:
- All upgrade opportunities: Show the key contacts all of the upgrade transactions that have occurred on an account.
- All open tickets: Show the key contacts all open tickets on their account.
To create a segment table, simply add the Segment Table component of a campaign:
