Visualize distribution (pie/donut) in custom reports
Add a new component within your custom reports to show distribution of a metric across a segment. For example, number of accounts in each customer journey stage.
Considerations
- Present information either in a pie or donut format.

Available for account attributes based on the following data type: List, multi-list, lifecycle, or account role.
- Supports the following segment types: Account, user, opportunity, task, touchpoint, and custom collections.
Visualize NPS distribution in custom reports
For NPS components within your custom reports, optionally visualize by score breakdown (promoters, passives, detractors).
Considerations
- Present information either in a donut or number format.
- Set a custom target to automatically calculate gap (actual - target).
- Available for NPS attribute types.
- Supports user segments.
Search and edit inline within collection segments
For any custom collection segment, you can now use the segment search bar to locate records for a specific account name (case sensitive). The search includes all pages in the segment.
Additionally, you can edit collection records inline from within the segment (if the collection allows edits). Previously, you could edit collection data within the UI from the account profile.
System collections (tasks, touchpoints) are not supported.
Bug fixes
[Bug Fix] The company signature in campaigns was not populating in the campaign preview or sent email. The issue has been resolved.
[Bug Fix] Campaign touch outbound integration jobs included campaign subject in the Description field. The job now includes the campaign description in the Description field.
