Bring your notes into Totango with the new Notepad workspace!

Notepad is a flexible, always-on workspace that mirrors the way you actually work.

Why this matters:

Totango has traditionally required formal objects for nearly everything—touchpoints, tasks, objectives. But real work doesn’t always start with structure. You jot ideas, track context, and make quick lists before you formalize anything.

Notepad brings this natural workflow into Totango. Keep rolling notes, draft quick checklists, and preserve details that matter. When you're ready, highlight any text to create tasks, touchpoints, or objectives. Everything saves automatically, so your work is always within reach.

What you can do:

  1. Organized by week: Use the week selector to navigate to another week—perfect for capturing notes for past or future dates. Your content is saved under that week’s workspace.
  2. Work your way: Expand to full screen for deep focus or collapse to the mini view so Notepad stays visible as you navigate Totango. Close and reopen anytime.
  3. Convert notes into action: Highlight any text to create tasks, touchpoints, and objectives directly from your notes.

Take notes naturally, turn them into formal actions when you’re ready, and work the way you really work—all inside Totango. Learn more ➡

Improved filtering for Customer Value Realization

Within the Executive Console | Customer Value Realization page, you can now filter by account ownership roles. This gives you the flexibility to view value realization metrics for any specific role or combination of roles.

Improved filtering for account plans

You can now filter the account's Plan tab by Objective Flow and Task Flow. Previously, the Flow filter only applied to tasks and SuccessPlays, which made it hard to distinguish between different types of work. With this update, you get clearer granularity—especially when objectives follow a different flow than the tasks within them.
