Move ad hoc and SuccessPlay tasks to objectives

With the release of customer value tracking using Totango objectives, you can now associate existing account tasks—whether ad hoc or from a SuccessPlay—with any account objective directly from the Plan tab. Previously, this functionality was limited to legacy objectives.

When assigning tasks from a SuccessPlay, all associated tasks will be moved to the selected objective. Once moved, the SuccessPlay label will no longer appear in the account's Plan tab.

Sort tasks by due date within objectives

To improve prioritization, tasks within an objective (on the account level) are now sorted in ascending order by due date. If a task’s due date is updated, the list will automatically reorder to reflect the change.
