Disable touchpoint reasons
Over time, it’s easy for your list of touchpoint reasons to get cluttered with outdated or unused options. With the new ability to disable touchpoint reasons, you can keep things clean and focused—so your team only sees relevant choices when logging new touchpoints.
Disabling a reason won’t affect any historical data; it just removes it from the list of reasons going forward. Teams can still edit touchpoints with a disabled reason, but once the disabled reason is removed from a touchpoint, it cannot be re-added. Learn more ➡
*The option to disable a touchpoint reason is available for custom touchpoint reasons (non-default). System touchpoint reasons do not allow disabling. See additional considerations for disabling and managing touchpoint reasons over time.
