Add IP addresses for Totango to your allow list

In the event that your network is behind a firewall, you will need to ensure Totango IP addresses are on your allow list in order to create a connection to your data source. 

Depending on the data center that holds your data, add the following IP addresses to allow access to retrieve data from your servers.

To know which data center your service is using, refer to the URL when logged into Totango. US servers include t01, whereas EU servers include t11. Totango Community Edition is on the US data center. 

US data center

  • 54.173.58.140
  • 52.204.40.143
  • 54.84.4.28
  • 35.173.106.12
  • 54.156.212.29

EU data center

  • 18.184.189.217
  • 18.197.77.147
  • 18.184.105.23
  • 18.185.165.73
  • 18.185.181.167
  • 18.195.130.52

Once these IPs are in place on your allow list, you should be able to connect successfully for the selected data source.
