Visualize multidimensional health in custom reports
Add a new health component to your custom reports to view a breakdown of contract value against multidimensional health; for example, health of accounts in onboarding.
Considerations
- Choose to a segment (e.g., accounts in onboarding).
- Show all dimensions, or choose one dimension to highlight.
- Present information as a donut, dimension(s), or both.
Add text components to custom reports
Create clear and organized custom reports with the new text component. Use rich text formatting to add context and highlight key areas, so your team can quickly understand actions and insights.
Open segments from scorecard components
When a custom report is set as a scorecard, you can now click the segment name to view the segment in a new browser tab. Previously, the segment was not viewable.
If one ore more global filters is applied, the filters do not persist when the segment opens in a new tab.
Get faster answers to your Totango questions using AI chatbot
Within your Totango instance, you'll now find an improved experience with the platform's support feature (? > Contact Support). Previously, the menu opened a form to open a support ticket.
Now, a chatbot appears that uses AI to review all resources and respond with a contextual answer in chat. You can even upload screenshots for the chatbot to analyze as part of the conversation!
Considerations
- As always, you can still get in touch with the Totango Support team; simply type
"create ticket"in the chat at anytime. The chatbot collects the details from the chat and includes them in the ticket. - Please be aware that some information may be subject to the occasional inaccuracies. For critical questions, please consult the team.
- To clear the conversation, click New Chat (plus icon) in upper, right corner.
Bug fixes
[Bug Fix] After changing the name of a lifecycle attribute, the Days in Lifecycle option appeared with the API name. The issue has been resolved.
[Bug Fix] When opening some reports with a shareable link, the destination page would open as a blank page. The issue has been resolved.
[Bug Fix] Adding certain field columns (e.g., Manager ID) caused the Totango user page to fail to load properly. The issue has been resolved.
[Bug Fix] Task fields in the legend of a donut component (custom report) displayed metric ID rather than the display name. This issue has been resolved.
