Visualize health rank metrics in bar charts

When using a "Bar" component within custom reports, you can now choose Health score as a selectable metric (x-axis).

Considerations

  • The following quick link options are available for y-axis: Accounts, Contract Value.
  • The bars automatically reflect the color of the health rank (green, yellow, red).

Visualize progress (percentage/gauge) in custom reports

Add a new component within your custom reports to calculate percentages using two metrics; for example, percent of onboarding accounts at risk.

Considerations

  • Present information either in a gauge format or percentage.
  • Choose to a segment for the denominator (At Risk accounts out of All Accounts) or a static number (e.g., At Risk accounts out of 10).
  • Establish a target percentage for specific goals. (Must choose to default to Target Color from Design tab.)
  • Available for segments based on the following objects: Account, opportunity, user, task, touchpoint, and collection.

Add a new component within your custom reports to visualize NPS and CSAT scores; for example, see the NPS score of my key contacts over the last 90 days. Or see the onboarding CSAT scores for all users who have recently gone through onboarding.

Considerations

  • Establish a target percentage for specific scores. (Must choose to default to Target Color from Design tab.)
  • Available for segments based on the user object.

Create new segment types / change segment type in Report Builder

When editing a component within report builder, you can now save new segments and change your segment type to any object compatible compatible with the selected component (e.g., accounts, users, collections, tasks, or touchpoints). Simply clear any existing filters to see a drop-down menu of available objects:

Previously, you could only save as new segments for account objects within Report Builder; otherwise, you had to leave the editor to create/save a new segment. This change allows for faster iteration as you build reports.

Include custom reports in copied SuccessBLOCs

Custom reports are now included in the selection process when copying SuccessBLOCs across teams. Previously, only legacy reports were available to copy.
