Use an alternative email address for Zoe email shares

Zoe email shares allow you to share data from Totango ad hoc or on an automated schedule. If you've specified an alternative email address for your Totango users, any email shares a user creates through Zoe will now arrive in the recipient's inbox from the user's alternative email address.



Alternative email address also applies to campaigns, external touchpoints, and sharing success plans via Customer Portal. Read more ➡

Bug Fixes

[Bug Fix] Preview in segment failed when account has assignment or role without email. The issue has been resolved.

[Bug Fix] When opening the Edit column for some collections, fields from other collections were displaying. The issue has been resolved.

[Bug Fix] Issue with platform performance when creating a scorecard due to searching for segment.  The issue has been resolved.

[Bug Fix] Missing account role users when reassigning a SuccessPlay owner. The issue has been resolved.

[Bug Fix] Key info area Days in Lifecycle attribute option displayed total count instead of stage-specific count. The issue has been resolved.

[Bug Fix] Missing left padding in Team drop-down menu. The issue has been resolved.

[Bug Fix] Segment download for non-global admins resulted in empty CSV for segments with the Direct Parent column. The issue has been resolved.

[Bug Fix] Inviting multiple users occasionally failed, even with sufficient licenses available. This issue has been resolved.

[Bug Fix] The Objective Category and Objective Status fields displayed as IDs instead of names in the scorecard area within SuccessBLOC. The issue has been resolved.
