Monitor customer value realization

Who can use this feature?

The Executive Console | Customer Value Realization page gives leaders a clear, consolidated view of how their teams are driving customer outcomes. Track value achieved, objective coverage, at-risk areas, and template usage — all in one place. This view helps you spot gaps, celebrate wins, and guide your team toward consistent value delivery.

Page components

To access the report, from the left nav click Customer Value Realization (under Executive Console).

Filtering

Use the filtering options to narrow or expand the records in this view.

  • Ownership Roles filter: Select one or more account assignment roles to view value realization metrics for any specific role or combination of roles.
  • Topline filters: Apply multiple filters using logical operators (AND/OR) and nested filter groups. Admins can set default filters per view. 

Tiles

Click inside the tiles to open a segment preview or an option to go to a segment view.

  • Average coverage: Percent and breakdown of accounts that have active objectives, including Total ARR of accounts without objectives. 
  • Accounts with at-risk objectives: Percent and breakdown of accounts that have active objectives that are at-risk, including total contract value of those accounts. 
  • Accounts with value achieved: Percent and breakdown of accounts that have completed objectives, including total contract value of those accounts. 

  1. Active refers to objectives with status: In progress
  2. At risk refers to objectives with statuses: Blocked | On hold
  3. Completed refers to objectives with status: Completed
  4. Not counted: Not started | Cancelled | Failed.

Value realization by account owner

Click between views to see your team's % achieved or coverage distribution across total portfolio contract value. Hover over views to view details.

  • % Value achieved: Percentage of accounts with value achieved
  • Account coverage: Percentage of accounts with active objectives

Objectives breakdown by progress

View a breakdown of objectives by objective status, objective category, or objective owner. Hover over each bar stack to view more details. 

  • Objective status: Total objectives, broken down by objective status
  • Objective category: Total objectives by objective category, broken down by objective status
  • Objective owner: Total objectives by objective owner, broken down by objective status

Top objective templates

View the number of objectives created from each template, broken down by objective status. Hover over each bar stack to view more.

List of account owners | templates | accounts

See all account owners, templates, or accounts in the current view.

Account owners

View all account owners in the current team, with details on:

  • Total portfolio contract value
  • Active objective coverage (%)
  • Accounts with value realized (%)
  • Number of at risk objectives

Templates

View all objective templates, with details on:

  • Filter by template flow, visibility, or category.
  • Use the search bar to search by objective template name.
  • Sort by template name, flow, visibility, category, Number of milestones, or number of tasks.
  • Click on objective template to open the objective form to edit template details.
  • Create a new objective template.

Accounts

View all objectives in the current view. 

  • Filter by objective data points.
  • Use the search bar to search by account name.
  • Hover over a record under the [Account Name] column to see a Preview (eye) icon. Click to open a preview of the account profile view with more options.
  • Click on objective name to open the objective form to edit objective details.
