Page components

Filtering

Use the filtering options to narrow or expand the records in this view.

  • Account filter: Defaults to "Accounts assigned to You." Optionally toggle to "All Accounts" within the team account set.

If employee hierarchy is enabled in your instance, the filter dynamically defaults based on whether or not you have direct reports. Managers have an additional option: "Accounts Assigned to You + Team Members Assigned to You" | "All Accounts"
  • Topline filters: Apply multiple filters using logical operators (AND/OR) and nested filter groups. Admins can set default filters per view.

When you select a filter value, all other default filter options are temporarily hidden. The selected filter value(s) persists between all My Business views, even if other views have different default filters.

FAQs

Question: How can I use value tracking in my health score profiles?

Answer: At this time, you can use the account-level attribute Number of Objectives in your health profiles. This attribute is part of the system-level Work dimension and can be used, for example, to indicate whether an account has at least one defined objective (signaling progress toward value).

For deeper insights into objective status, visibility, or progress, we recommend creating a dedicated objectives segment. While these data points aren't currently available for use in health profiles, segments can give you more control on how you track and analyze value-related activity across your accounts.
