Page components
Filtering
Use the filtering options to narrow or expand the records in this view.
- Lifecycle attribute: Choose the lifecycle stage to determine accounts in the view.

Account filter: Defaults to "Accounts assigned to You." Optionally toggle to "All Accounts" within the team account set.
If employee hierarchy is enabled in your instance, the filter dynamically defaults based on whether or not you have direct reports. Managers have an additional option: "Accounts Assigned to You + Team Members Assigned to You" | "All Accounts" - Topline filters: Apply multiple filters using logical operators (AND/OR) and nested filter groups.
Tiles
Click inside the tiles to open a segment preview or an option to go to a segment view.
- Accounts with value defined: Percentage of accounts and total contract value in selected lifecycle, showing a distribution of all accounts in with a value defined
- Customer breakdown by stage: Distribution of accounts in each stage of lifecycle
Accounts by stage
Click between views to view totals. Optionally group by health rank or other account-level data point. Hover over views to view details.
- Customer count: Total accounts in each stage
- Contract value: Total contract value for accounts in each stage
Individual stage deep dive and time in stage by account
Select a stage within the overall lifecycle. Break down number of accounts, average health score, and median time in selected stage. Click inside the tiles to open a segment preview or an option to go to a segment view.
