Share a canvas snapshot

Who can use this feature?

  • As of March 3, 2026 this feature has been sunset and is no longer available. 
  • You can continue to access previously created canvas snapshots from the Assets tab.

Manage snapshot links

All snapshot shares are saved as links under the Assets tab of the SuccessBLOC in a new Canvas Snapshots folder.

  1. Click the Assets tab of the SuccessBLOC, and open the Canvas Snapshots folder.
  2. Hover over the shared link, and click the Ellipses (...) for for options:
    • Share/edit to rename, add/remove password protection
    • Download (as jpeg)
    • Copy link
    • Delete
