Who can use this feature?
- Global admins, SuccessBLOC owners, and collaborators
- Users have view access to SuccessBLOCs that are published to a team; additional access permissions to individual SuccessPlays, campaigns, canvas, and objective templates vary.
- Available on all plans
Building world-class customer journeys is a team effort. Share canvas snapshots with your teams to get feedback and collaborate on your customer journeys at each iteration.
Canvas makes answering questions simple and visual—such as, "What does our customer onboarding program look like?" or, "What are we doing to convert more freemium users to paying customers?" Simply open the canvas for the related SuccessBLOC, and share with anyone.
Filter cards by label or status prior to sharing snapshots to show current view of program (active status) or new revisions (draft status).
