Totango deep links allow you to launch Totango application windows from other systems, such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and more. Deep links are available for the following functions:
Users of the external systems need access to Totango to use the deep link functionality.
Suggested uses
Deep links allow you to collect customer data and create actionable tasks while Totango users are working outside of Totango.
- Add a task for the responsible Success Manager directly from an internal system
- Add touchpoints directly from Salesforce to appear on the Totango timeline
Add a deep link to an exeternal application
Replace <accountid> with the Totango account ID, per deep link.
- Capture the URL syntax for the Totango function you want:

- In your external application, enter the URL in the custom call to action.
- Test the call to action. The selected Totango modal opens in a new browser tab.
