Assets - enable editing title and description when uploading

There are no boxes to update the name/description of a link when uploading. If you upload from a task/touchpoint you have to remember to navigate to the assets page to then rename and describe what you just uploaded, which removes the ease of use of the feature. Additionally, if you upload directly from the assets tab, you also have to load, then re-click to edit and update the name and description.
