Accent Marks when logging Touchpoints directly from MS Outlook
When sending a Touchpoint through Outlook copying touchpoints@totango.com, the Totango does not recognize the accentuation marks in Portuguese and Spanish.
It will be important having this problem fixed maybe there are some important information we exchange with our customers in the local language and when it is logged to Totango we have difficulties to read them.
eg.
"Esperamos seg�n comprometido y hacia este viernes enviar una actualizaci�n al cliente."
