Setting different triggers to log Touchpoints directly from email clients
I believe nowadays the trigger to log Touchpoints directly from email clients is the customer email domain. This is very helpful however when we have different accounts with the same email domain, the Touchpoint can be logged in a account we do not want.
I would like to suggest to have like a password to be written in the email´s subject or body that the system could identify or each account exactly we want to log the Touchpoint.
