Ability to Edit Current Text in Attribute Fields

I am raising this  I see a lot (7) of requests on this topic  from 2 years ago- we really need to have an attribute with free text that  has Spelling check, that we can edit (not write over) every week, and that we can pull into a summary in excel (with no typo's ) from a segment and use for an executive summary in a table for management. The plan on the account level does not pull into a CSV, and the attribute I recently added to the product level is not easily edited, you need to rewrite the summary again, when all you want is to add the latest update. This is not a touchpoint, this is a short summary of the weekly update for top management. I would like to make is easy for the CSM to update the info. this is urgent thanks!
