We'd like the ability to filter for touchpoints created by users with a specific role.
Our use case is that we'd like to understand how many coaching session touchpoints were created by our Product Specialist team in a particular timeframe. We can filter by Touchpoint Reason = Coaching Session, and Touchpoint Internal Participant Role = Product Specialist, but this occasionally gives us duplicate touchpoints, as our Customer Success Managers also have the ability to create coaching session touchpoints and include Product Specialists as internal participants.
A Touchpoint Creator Role attribute would allow us to properly filter on coaching sessions created by Product Specialists.
