We have time-based success plays that alert the CSM to conduct a business review or renewal conversion, for example. We would want to make it easier for the CSM to quickly snooze a success play for a later date. Consider this scenario: a success play tiggers every six month to conduct an executive business review. However the CSM just had a meeting with the customer and so timing-wise it’s best to push to next month. Today you would need to edit each task date separately and that’s quite cumbersome. A snooze or reschedule button at the success play level that would reschedule all sub-tasks would make task queue much more manageable.
