Give users the ability to filter on open tasks assigned to users in different SuccessTeams

Totango does not give users the ability to filter the Agenda to tasks assigned to or by users in other SuccessTeams, even if they're able to see the task with other filters.

As an example, in the below screenshot we're filtering to tasks assigned by a certain user. On the right, we can see that the user that assigned most tasks to herself, but there is one task that was assigned to a different user. This other user is in a different SuccessTeam.

Even though the user can see the task assigned to the other user, if this user attempts to filter the view to "Assigned to" the other user, the other user won't appear in the filter because they're in a different SuccessTeam.

If the user can see the task at all, they should be given the ability to filter on tasks assigned to the user in the other SuccessTeam.
