I have SuccessPlay that launches Tasks for the CSMs to proactively reach out to a customer every 90 days. For certain CSMs, they have a high volume of customers to call so speed to dial is really important.
Today, they have to view the Task > click on the Account Name > scroll to the Contacts section and see who they should call.
I would love to have a setting in the SuccessPlay to automatically associate a User who is marked as the Key Contact to the Task so that when the CSM sees the Task, they also see the contact that they need to call right there on the screen.
