Tasks | Due Dates to Respect Working Days
My CSMs only work Mon - Fri and for a particular team, they can have anywhere from 10-30 tasks launched per day from SuccessPlays. I don't see a way to set working hours in Totango, so tasks get launched over the weekends and during their PTO which means they can often come back to work with a huge backlog of past due tasks and it gets overwhelming for them to complete.
The workaround I'm using right now is to manually export their past due tasks, update the due dates via CSV and then mass update those tasks.
I would love the ability to:
1) Input working days and time off into Totango
2) Have dynamic due dates for Tasks in SuccessPlays so that if a due date falls on a non-working day, Totango will automatically change the due date to the next available working day for that CSM

Great idea on this one too Miji (and Luke)!
In the coming days we will be introducing the concept of Business Hours for Campaigns (at the individual Campaign, but also at the Team and Service Level)... this would hold emails until the business hours set by the team (or campaign resume).
If we could apply those same concept to triggering events in SPs, would that help?
