    Great idea on this one too Miji (and Luke)!

    In the coming days we will be introducing the concept of Business Hours for Campaigns (at the individual Campaign, but also at the Team and Service Level)... this would hold emails until the business hours set by the team (or campaign resume).

    If we could apply those same concept to triggering events in SPs, would that help?

    I also struggle with running successplays and then manually having to adjust the due dates to not the be on the weekends or on holidays.

    "Working hours" or even "working days" would go a long way.
