Downloadable CSV file from Health Designer

Hello!! 

I noticed that I was unable to download a CSV file from my Health Designer. For instance, downloading a CSV of the health changes based on new attribute updates. 

Having this would be SO helpful when evaluating all of the health changes when moving from Account Health to Multi-Dimensional Health. 

I sent this up to support in Ticket #45409 and was told that this was a Product Enhancment Request! So, I added it here!!
