How to assign new health profile to my accounts ? Answered

I have created a new health profile , but I don't see how to assign it to my accounts. Health profile field in empty and all the health related metrics appear as "Unknown" 

Please advise how to fix it.

    Hi Inna,

    In your service you have one health profile with two metrics: Unsolved Tickets and Risk value. Only 42 of your accounts have value for at least one of these attributes. (you can see health for these accounts in My Portfolio page) all the rest don't have any value for these attributes so the health is unknown.

    You need to make sure you import data into Totango for these attributes for all your accounts in order to health health for them
