Hide account-level aggregated user

We upload aggregated usage data via csv for stats that don't have user associates, but we have actual user data as well, such as logins and other product operations.

The "account-level aggregated user" shows up in the all the user charts and is typically the top user, which is confusing to the team and feels like the exposure of an internal data value.

It would be great to suppress this user in all the top user charts.
