Ability to launch a successplay at any level of hierarchy

Current functionality allows for a successplay to be launched at the immediate parent level of the accounts in the segment criteria.   We would like the ability to launch the successplay at a defined level of the hierarchy as part of the configuration, not just the immediate parent of the filter criteria.

  As I will share more in the product webinar on 2-17 , we are working this year on decoupling Totango model from the way the organization structures which will give you the ability tp control the above.

  this functionality would help us ensure tasks appear at the right level based on where we truly are engaging with our customers

  Enterprise accounts have different levels of account teams/personnel. Flexibility of configuring the target level would allow for SP tasks to be assigned during an event and acted on by the right team.
