    Hi, Mark:

    Watch our next release. It will include an option to set / tie a contact (even one with several account connections) to a specific account. So you can always be assured that emails involving that contact are routed to the desired Account's TouchPoint log.

    I receive an impressive number of emails from my CSRs regarding misfiling or non-filing of a touchpoint via email. Would love some more options for organization after the fact. 

    PS the "move" feature from last year has been *very* helpful.
