Share Totango fields with customer

We have some processes in which we need to validate specific information by our customers. 

I am trying to build a playbook to automate this via the tool, however, there is no capability to share specific field information with customers and have them validate it or even share a request form and have the customer input data directly. 

It will be good to add the capability to insert a field value in the email/campaigns to customer so that they can validate this information via email or be able to share fields with customers that they can input data into directly.

  Hmmmm, this post has my wheels turning. My team could use this to great effect ... if there were some mechanism for clients confirming or updating the data we send them.

  Would allowing forms externally meet this need too?  I think for me it does but wondering if there are other points I'm overlooking. See: https://support.totango.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/4413222713876-Ability-to-Send-External-Forms
