As of today the max. date the 'Touchpoints' field can go back is the last 30 days. It would be really helpful to expand the options here to make the date range more flexible (last 90, last 180, last 365, etc. OR current quarter, current month, etc.). Being able to see customers our teams have engaged with is really helpful, however, the limitations of the current timeframes make the field less valuable.
